Meet the team

Frankie O’Sullivan

Frankie is the Founder and Managing Director of Frontline College and Frontline Training Services; her background is in Nursing, Rehabilitative Training, Psychology and Teaching. She previously worked in Further Education and Training and Third Level Institutions and established her own business in 2011.

Tom Beegan

Tom is an internationally experienced senior executive with a 40-year track record of achievement with organisations in the private sector, governments and not-for-profit organizations.

Tom had the role of Chief Strategist and Prevention Officer with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) Toronto. His previous role was as CEO of the Health & Safety Authority and prior to that was the Deputy CEO of the South Eastern Health Board, in Ireland. Tom now leads his own consultancy company and is a board member of a not-for-profit company and a statutory agency.

Tom was awarded Honorary Vice President of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) in September 2003.

Linda Finegan

Linda studied at University College Dublin and the University of Galway. With over 30 years’ experience in education, Linda is passionate about excellence in teaching and supporting students to achieve their goals. Linda has been with Frontline Training since our inception in 2011.

Sales and Marketing Manager

Yvonne Sykes

Yvonne has over thirty-five years of experience in direct sales and marketing. She has a natural flair for marketing and enjoys directing social media campaigns. In addition to this, she has an extensive understanding of Further Education and Training, having worked as a tutor.

QA and Compliance

Michael Kelly

Michael has extensive experience working with UK universities on Quality Assurance and implementation of UK HE partnerships (degree to masters) – developing project requirements with programme leaders, assessing strategic fit, due diligence, and academic and QA validations. Michael is supporting Frontline with its QA and compliance.

Chris Ingham

Chris has previously worked as an Environmental Health Officer. He was Head of Occupational Safety and Health at Bolton Council and Leeds City Council. He has a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Safety and Health and a master’s degree in Business (MBA) and is a Chartered Member of both the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and the Institute of Environmental Health (CEnvH).

Louise Quinn

Louise graduated with a Masters of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from University College Dublin in 2012 and holds a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. Louise has helped develop and deliver assessment programs and training for a large Fortune 500 company and their silicone valley clients.

Brendan Power

Brendan has been working as a nurse for over ten years both in Ireland and overseas.  He has experience in the areas of general and mental health nursing aswell as education. Brendan holds a Master of Health Sciences in Nurse Education with the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG).

Kerry McGlynn

Kerry has been delivering training with us since 2012, and she is an Assistant Director of Nursing with over 26 years of nursing experience; she holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership with the RCSI.
